Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is for more of your relaxation needs. Slower pace with soft-medium pressure. Use of more gentle strokes.
Deep tissue Massage
Targets certain areas in need of deeper work. Medium-deep pressure to help break up fascia/scar tissue build up and release built up tension.
Sport therapy Massage
Mix of swedish, deep strokes and stretching to help aid in faster recovery of a specific area. Beneficial to athletes and people who are consistently active.
Pregnancy/Infant massage
Amazing way for soon to be mothers to be able to release pressure on back and feet as they tend to be tender during stages of pregnancy. Infant massage is a great way for mothers to bond with newborn.

I do travel with my table, I do charge traveling fee depending on distance.
Cancellations 24 hour prior will result in no deposit refund
